REMEMBER :
- You will be provided with a Tee Shirt souvenir for the photoshoot (Image below)
- Bring your swimming trunks if you are staying for the second day. Can I jump in with my cotton Tee Shirt, or my jeans or my etc... apparently are not entertained by the resort management :P
Read this carefully before you for ahead with registration :
- Mention your first and last name under NAME to ensure we can uniquely identify you (There may me 10 Karthiks and we do not want any confusion)
- Provide valid email and phone number just so we can reach out to you incase we need to
- If you are bringing your kids (below 10 years old) they need to be registered separately using the second regristation button below
- While registering your kids for the event, mention YOUR NAME and DEPARTMENT (Do not mention the child's name)
- If your child is 10+ years old, you can include an extra event ticket for them under the adult category itself
- At the end of the payment process, there is a small convenience fee that you will be charged which is part of the event registration process
- Payment details :
- Day and Day 2 Events
- Adults (includes children above 10 years) : Rs.4500 + convenience charges per head
- Kids below 10 years : Rs2250 + convenience charges per head
- Only Day 1
- Adults : Rs.2000 + Conveinece chages per head
- Kids below 10 years : Rs.1000 + convenience charges per head
